Regular and Student registration fee includes:

Conference materials (congress bag, delegate badge, notepad, pen, glass, public transport ticket).
Access to all lectures, poster sessions and exhibitions during the conference.
Refreshments during the conference (welcome party, coffee breaks and conference dinner).

Note: Student fee – further documents approving student status may be required .
Eligible for student fee is a PHD student or master's degree, under 35 years of age.

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

Accompanying person badge.
Access to a welcome party and a conference dinner.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Until 31^st July 2023 – 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From 1^st August until 31^st August 2023– 50% of the fee will be refunded.
From 1^st September 2023 no refund can be processed.

No refunds will be given for registrations and ticketed events for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure from the conference WSE2023.

All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to the Secretariat of the WSE2023 using This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and cannot be done over the phone.

Requests for refunds made after 1^st September 2023 will not be considered.

For any change of name a fee of 50 EUR will be charged.

All refund will be made after the end of the conference.
